    Weekly Social Runs

    Do I need to book to attend a free run?

    No - you can just turn up on the night. Visit our social runs page for further information.


    Where are the runs?

    We have runs starting from several places in Bristol, Bath and London.


    How far do I need to be able to run to join the runs?

    Our runs are time based so you need to be able to run for a minimum of 30 minutes. If you can't quite manage that yet, then our beginners courses Run20 and Run30 could be for you, have a look in the courses section of our website for more information.


    I can't make it to a course I'm booked on tonight, what should I do?

    Just email at info@thismumruns.co.uk and let us know


    I'm injured and can't continue with the course I'm on - what should I do?

    Let us know at info@thismumruns.co.uk. We're unable to automatically transfer to future courses, but offer discounted places to those people that are unable to attend through injury.

    Shop and Orders

    What if my item doesn’t fit?

    We offer a 14 day refund or exchange on all items however you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. To exchange your item, please email orders@thismumruns.co.uk, with your order number, the item you are returning (if you ordered more than one product), and the item you would like as a replacement. Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you by email and send your replacement.


    Can I add to my order after I have placed it?

    If you have ordered, then want to add to it, email us at orders@thismumruns.co.uk. Provided your item has not already been dispatched, we will add it to your original order for you, and refund the second postage charge.


    How long will my order take to arrive?

    Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a second email once it has been dispatched. All orders are posted using Royal Mail First Class.


    What if you don’t have my size in stock?

    Select the product and size/colour you want from the product's page - a button will display showing "Back in stock soon. Email me to let me know". Click this button and enter your email address. You will be automatically notified when the item is back in stock.

    How do I delete my account in the iOS and Android app?

    On your iOS or Android app, you need to navigate to the 4th tab, “More”. Tap on "Preferences" then tap on “Delete account”.
