We understand how hard it is to get started if you’ve never run before. We also know what it’s like to be stuck in a running rut and unsure how to take the next step.
In more normal times, we offer a range of coached programme that are based on minutes moving, not pace or distance designed for women nervously taking the first step, through to those of you starting to run more regularly and wanting to run for longer. All of our programmes are designed by Mums for Mums - and we get that running is as much about confidence and self belief as it is about ‘knowing what to do’.

The TMR Run30 App brings the magic of TMR to women anywhere, anytime and is designed to support you at the start of your running journey.
