• Our courses

    We understand how hard it is to get started if you’ve never run before. We also know what it’s like to be stuck in a running rut and unsure how to take the next step.

     

    Our range of courses are designed for all abilities, by women for women. We get that running is as much about confidence and self belief as it is about ‘knowing what to do’.

     

    So with friendly female coaches, our carefully structured programmes focus on time not pace, build gradually and provide ongoing support between coached sessions to make sure you have the confidence to keep going.

    Stretching post-run

    Run 30

    Designed to make complete beginners or those who haven’t exercised for a while feel like a runner by the end of it

    Designed for women who can already run for 30 minutes as well as our Run 30 graduates
