Our range of courses are designed for all abilities, by women for women. We get that running is as much about confidence and self belief as it is about ‘knowing what to do’.
So with friendly female coaches, our carefully structured programmes focus on time not pace, build gradually and provide ongoing support between coached sessions to make sure you have the confidence to keep going.
